Includes the following:

• Moving Gantry Bead Glue Applicator with the capacity to cover up to an 8 foot wide material of any length, (We custom build all units so any width and length material can be used)
• The glue applicator will automatically spread glue and apply a water mist
• A Mechanized OSB loader
• An automated squaring device
• A Single-panel hydraulic press

Description:

There are two basic layouts of equipment: a short version and a long version.

Short Version Process:

The OSB loader transports the first OSB sheet to the squaring table. The glue applicator will apply the glue and water mist while the OSB loader picks up the second sheet. The EPS is then placed on the first sheet of OSB in the squaring table. The second sheet of OSB is transported to the squaring table while the glue applicator applies the glue and the water mist. The panel is automatically squared and then transported to the hydraulic press via the transport system. At that point the panel is pressed for the required period of time. The completed panel is unloaded or sent to the optional CNC cutting table. The short version of the Universal Line is only recommended for smaller facilities, as there are some production bottlenecks in this process which are solved by the long version.

Steps to be taken is to sign a exclusive master license agreement, pay the license fee, have in house training, have your factory lines established which takes 12 to 16 weeks and then you are ready to be a SIP's panel manufacturer. Before that we would import houses and SIP's panels based on your local demand.
