5 or 25,000 Homes per Year?

Whether you build only 5 homes or 25,000 homes a year, 21st Equity Homes has a manufacturing solution that will meet your needs. For example, you can get started with either the SIP's Standard Production Line for only Euro 100,000 including all Master License Fees or the faster more automated and less labour intensive SIP's Universal High Volume Production Line. For the highest possible volume production of walls only, we provide the SIP's Automated Wall Production Line.

There are additional costs that have not been factored in that must be considered, such as where the components would be manufactured (building whether it is leased or owned) and the management required to direct the manufacturing workers, operating overheads such as electricity, water, etc.

The 21st Equity line for E-Panel walls is highly compact and simple to run and maintain, requiring only 900 m2 of factory space. Each line, based on a stationary extruder, is constructed of standard components utilizing the latest automation and technology.
